1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the aairab website (aairab.com) and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and place orders. By using our services you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and Pricing

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Prices at the time of order placement are honoured.
• Product images are for illustration purposes. Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed via email after successful placement.
• Payment is accepted via Cash on Delivery (CoD) or direct bank transfer. For CoD, payment is collected by the courier at the time of delivery; for bank transfers, you transfer the amount and share the receipt with us.
• In the event of pricing errors or stock unavailability, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
• aairab reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent or violates these terms.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We deliver within Pakistan via courier partners (PostEx and similar services).
• Estimated delivery times are 3–7 business days and are not guaranteed.
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location and order weight.
• aairab is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — incorrect information may result in failed delivery.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Sale items, undergarments, and customised orders are not eligible for return.
• To initiate a return, contact us at support@aairab.com with your order number and reason.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

7. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Please notify us immediately at support@aairab.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, product photography, and design — is the property of aairab or its licensors and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Pakistani law, aairab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
